This is by design as a service stop can have Business critical impact. The customer is always liable for any usage above what is included in the package. How it works; once you have placed the order we will email you with the QR code within 24 hours of receipt. The QR code is a URI that points to the eSIM sitting in our SM-DP+. We will also provide the Activation Code in case your device has a prompt to enter that instead.

Please note that this is the Consumer Specification of the eSIM vs the M2M/IoT specification.
