- EIM Server Sends Profile Command From the Simplex eSIM management platform, you select which carrier profile to download, enable, switch, or delete.
- Profile Downloads Over the Air The carrier profile installs directly onto the eUICC — no physical access to the device needed. Works via IPAe (SIM-based) or IPAd (device-based) clients.
- Device Connects on New Carrier Your device is live on the new network within minutes. Switch carriers, update profiles, or roll back — all remotely from one dashboard.
