SIM cards return policy
· Non-returnable and non-refundable
· All Simplex Wireless SIM cards are activated and assigned to an account at time of shipping and all SIM card sales are final
· No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered for SIM purchases—regardless of usage or packaging condition
· We encourage customers to order a test sim card for testing the SIM cards
Items Damaged During Shipping
If your shipment arrives damaged, or is deemed not working please contact us within 5 business days from receipt:
· Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
· Describe issues with the SIM card
· Email sales@simplexwireless.com with your company name and order number
· We will work with you promptly to resolve the situation and, where appropriate, replace the damaged items
Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Simplex error.
How to Initiate a Return due to damaged good

· Your order number
· A description of the reason for return
· Any applicable photos (for damage or defect claims)
